Device Grading

At Gooploo Australia, every refurbished device is carefully inspected and tested before being offered for sale. Our grading system describes the cosmetic condition of each device, helping you understand what to expect when making a purchase.

All grades are fully functional unless otherwise stated in the individual product listing. The grading primarily relates to cosmetic appearance and visible signs of previous use.

Battery Health

Every applicable device undergoes a battery health check as part of our testing process. Our refurbished devices are supplied with at least 80% battery health, unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing.

Battery performance and capacity can vary depending on the device's age, model, previous usage and normal battery degradation.

What's Included

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing, refurbished devices may be supplied with compatible accessories rather than original manufacturer accessories. Please refer to the individual product description for details of what is included with your purchase.

Important Information

Refurbished devices are pre-owned products, so minor cosmetic variations may occur between individual units within the same grade. The grading descriptions and images are intended to provide a general indication of cosmetic condition.

Product images may be representative and may not show the exact individual device you receive, unless specifically stated otherwise in the product listing.

All refurbished devices are covered by our 12-month seller warranty, subject to our Refunds, Returns & Warranty policy.
