Refunds, Returns & Warranty
Under Australian Consumer Law, Gooploo is obliged to refund an item if an item has a major problem.
The definition of an item with a “Major Problem” includes when the item:
- – Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- – Is unsafe.
- – Is significantly different from the description.
- – Doesn’t do what Gooploo said it would, or what the customer asked for and is unable to be fixed.
When determining if the customer is eligible for the above, Gooploo will take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product considering the following factors before issuing a refund:
- – If the buyer has received the item damaged or in a faulty condition.
- – If the buyer has bought an item by mistake or change of mind, we will charge a 20% restocking fee of the total cost the buyer originally paid.
- – If you are making a change of mind return, the item should be in 100% condition and sealed.
- – All returns must be made within 7 days from the date item was received.
In any case if the item bought is out of stock, the buyer will be given a full refund for their purchase.
To obtain a refund the customer must contact us by emailing support@gooploo.com.au or visit our contact us page.
Once the refund for a buyer has been accepted, the following precedure will take place:
- – The buyer will then ship the product back to Gooploo.
- – Once we have successfully received the item, we will issue a full refund if the claim is valid
